We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 within the United States and on orders over $200 in other countries.

Our domestic shipping options for all 50 U.S. states and 48 other countries around the world are listed below:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-15 business days (excluding production time)
  • Fast Shipping: Delivery in 8-10 business days (excluding production time)
  • Faster Shipping: Delivery in 4-7 business days (excluding production time)

Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery through the carrier.

Our products are made-to-order.

Please note that all our products are custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you order an item, it will require 2-4 business days of processing/production time and 7-14 business days of shipping time (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 9-18 business days.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Due to the impact of peak season, international shipping may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will promptly investigate the situation with the transportation company. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

For changing or canceling the orders, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected], providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Please note that change or cancellation of your order may not be accepted in certain cases.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

About Tax

In rare cases, your government may charge customs fees for your order. These fees are not imposed by our site, and you will be responsible for any charges incurred. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or elsewhere. We DO NOT take responsibility for the package that is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete or incorrect address information.

Therefore, when checking out, please be sure to include the right shipping information. If you discover you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. However, because email has a 72-hour waitlist, if your purchase has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is beyond our control.

If the order arrives in your country and customer refuses to accept the package, or if many efforts to deliver the delivery are made in the destination country. HawaiianShirtsLife maintains the right to cancel the package(s) at any time and will not be liable for any refunds.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow the progress of your package. Please allow the carrier 5-7 days to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the package is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If the estimated arrival date has passed and you haven’t received your package, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

It is important to provide the correct shipping address during checkout because:

  • Incorrect or missing information on our end may require us to contact you for updated delivery information, causing delays in the delivery of your order.
  • We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us. In such cases, the returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be sent back to our warehouse. Before contacting our customer support, please double-check the shipping address you provided.
  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend your order.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request forwarding or redirecting of your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
